What is the most important to you in learning English?

There is no doubt that English is becoming more and more important for the countries which desire to integrate into the world. A question was raised is, how these countries can change English to their second language which is used in many field everyday. I recommend that they should focus on the best conditions for students to study English effectively and a good method of learning English is one of the most important conditions which helps students can learn English smarter, simplier and more effective.

For all the people who saying English as a second language, studying English in a country where it is widely spoken has many advantages. It brought them an English speaking environment that they have many opportunities to practice their listening and speaking English with native speakers . Moreover, in school, they will be equipped with an effective method to perfect their English. Conversely, learning English in a foreign country brought many difficulties as well. It’s clear that you have to face with finding accommodation, paying for your study and living costs… to try to survive in a foreign country where day-to-day living causes much stress.

In many non-English-speaking countries, the students haven’t the chances approaching the standard English. Because most of  the teacher who are teaching at the secondary schools, the collages and the universities have the bad level of English. On the one hand, they mainly focus on grammar and only grammar. On the other hand, they force their students to memorize all English structure and tense without the logical inference. It really causes the students feel depressed and they don’t want to learn English anymore. English therefore has been becoming the burden to them. Nevertheless, still have a very little part of the students have the good English because this students have the opportunities to study English in the international schools where the majority of the teachers are native speakers from many countries in the world.

In the recent years, the way of teaching and learning English in some non-English-speaking countries have several positive improvement steps:

Firstly, teachers must meet some criteria such as: having the international English certifications, dedications, teaching experience…

Sencondly, students have been communicated the lastest, the best and the most effective method to achieve the best results.

Finally, examinations have been held serious, no longer the negative situations.

This has brought many great achievements when most of the students who graduated from the college can use four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) fluently.

For the non-native English speakers, studying English in anywhere in the world also have difficulties and advantages . It is important that, the way that we use to learn English along with a little of fine qualities, determinations and luck to reach success.
